Whether it's to destress and rest the body, to lengthen and stretch the muscles, or strengthen the body, there is so much that can be explored on the mat. From Classical Pilates to Classical Alignment Yoga, to Restorative Yoga, there is something on the mat for everybody, every level. The best part? You get to pick!
Whether it's to gain strength, stay consistent with general fitness or to work on specific alignment in an exercise to make sure you are doing them safely and correctly for your body, there is so much value to working with a trainer. An extra pair of eyes to spot misalignments and to make sure you are engaging and using the correct muscles is so helpful in environments where it can get stressful such as the gym.
HOW MY 1:1 TRAINING WORKS
I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness and I myself have trained, and still currently train in many disciplines of movement including ballet, multiple forms of yoga, pilates and fitness.
There is no one right combination of workouts. The only right one is the one that works for you, and the one you love, because when you find interest in it, consistency naturally comes.
Consistency is so important in the health and wellness space. Not only is your body something you have to take care of consistently, everyday, but consistency is also important in seeing progress which will ultimately lead to results.
I also believe in choice and diversity. I don’t just practice one form of movement, I’m immersed into so many forms of them because I want to reap the benefits of all - and I want that option for you too.
You will be able to use the same 1:1 package to tailor your sessions to focus on what you need most, whether that’s more yoga and matwork, or strength and weights. Strictly stick to PT or yoga, or mix and match both, all under one package.
Most of my clients mix 50% PT and 50% yoga and have commented that the mix has helped them cultivate deeper awareness, as well as feeling lighter, yet stronger in their bodies and minds.

1:1 PACKAGE RATES
PAY-IN-FULL PACKAGES (*as of July 2023)
— $135 per hour — 1 session - expires immediately
— $125 per hour — 10 sessions - $1250 // expiry 3 months from date of 1st session
— $120 per hour — 20 sessions - $2400 // expiry 5 months from date of 1st session
— All sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm a booking
— All prices are in SGD
— Cancellation policy is exactly 12 hours before your session start time. The session will count towards your package if the cancellation is made within the 12 hours and will be counted as a late cancel.
