meet vivian

A member of the older cohort of Generation Z, Vivian is a Certified Comprehensive Pilates and Yoga Teacher (RYT-800), and a Holistic Health Coach with a deep interest in how somatic (body) movement practices can influence and guide our psychological and emotional wellbeing, influencing how we feel as a whole.

Currently, her interest lies in developing her skills towards creating safe, compassionate and non-judgemental spaces for clients to emerge deeper into their inner worlds, deepening and reconnecting to the trust, strength and authenticity already present in themselves.

She is currently training under well renowned trauma specialist, Dr. Gabor Mate, as well as deepening her studies in psychology, neuroscience and trauma through her Masters degree program.

Warmly emphatic, gentle, calm and soft, Vivian aspires to be a guide towards helping individuals reconnect to their bodies so they can uncover the deep wisdom and intuition that lies underneath, already within.
